So its my first day. So far its going quite well. I've already planed what I'm gonna eat for breakfast and my exercise for the day. I've always been big. Started when I was about 7, which I got bullied for and this has really effected my confidence.

I've always been on some sort of diet, or exercise program and I always get so obsessed with it. This time I just wanna Loose weight naturally, and keep it off! I'm tired for being overweight, and flabby. I wanted this for so long, so using this forum to help.
