    Exclamation Unknown(s) diary!

    my dear diary,

    a very nice "hello!" to everybody here at forum! As you probably assume..yes, I am totaly new here. I wanted to start some kind of online diet but I changed my mind - to write an onoline diary/journal is much more interessting..and well worth to write it in English (as a not native speaker)...
    I hope to find support here as well as people who wants to be motivated with my "dieting way" or people who can motivate me.

    My mission:
    to loose 9 kg until the end of 2011.

    More data:
    female, 1,71 cm tall
    79,8 kg
    motivated and sporty (I train at high level 30 Min/day on my (beautiful) Cross Trainer; plan to go jogging in 1 week)
    I drink 2 l of water/tee per day

    Let me write you what I have eaten today and what I plan to eat:
    Breakfast:
    1 big Cappuccino
    1 bread roll with 1 slice of boiled ham
    Lunch:
    1 plate of selfmade german vegetable soup
    1 or 2 pieces of french baguette ..yummy ..yummy
    Coffee time at 16 pm:
    1 Cappuccino
    2 shortbread biscuits
    Dinner at 18 pm:
    1 slice of whole-grain bread
    1 slice of low fat cheese
    10 g of margarine

    What is to write more:
    I feel very motivated today and excited about this plan of mine.

    Now I have to go back to my home office again!
