like you, I've been here so many times, so many different times, with lits of success with the loss and lots of failure in the maintenance.
Now on 'myprotein' diet for lunch with porridge for breakfast and a healthy evening meal. Day one, so far so good.
The myprotein filled me up big time and made me feel a little sick, then just as I got home was absolutely ravenous but happy to report now I feel full and comfortable and looking forward to a good night's sleep. Hope you have the same.
Starting weight 15st3lb, want to hit 11st initially, then aim for a little more. Can't wait for Tuesday next week for a true week's weight loss to report in.
