    Smile So far.....

    Been to GP to get weighed and have lost 13 lbs (lost that in blood, sweat and tears down at the gym I think). Have dropped a dress size but have cut back to going to the gym 3 times a week with 45 mins cardio each time and continuing with the weights. The calorie controlled diet has been easy up to now and its going to the gym that has been difficult, finding the time and so exhausted at the weekends because I have been doing alot at work. Still determined to carry on, I have missed 4 weekend takeaways and I didnt sweat at the gym to chuck it all in now! Am a bit disappointed I havent lost more but in reality it will take a while! Will be going back to GP in another month and would love to have lost half a stone by then.

    Hey well done! Thats great, definately keep it up. :-)
    I know what its like to be too tired or just too busy to fit in a gym session myself, but
    if its working then keep going imo. lol
