    Lightbulb My diet attempt #1875....

    Ah I start the same thing every Monday morning.... but this time I'm going to keep a blog to track what I'm eating and how I'm doing so hopefully that will keep me motivated. Right, first job set some goals:

    1) Currently 14st 7lb. Would like to get down to 13st 7lb by Christmas.
    2) Would like to be 12st by the end of 2012 so that I will have learnt good habits and will have a more healthy relationship with food before my wedding.
    3) My goal for this week is too concentrate on making sure I have breakfast every morning before 9am and go to the gym/fitness classes twice.

    Reasons for doing this:

    1) I want to feel happy and confident, I don't want to stress everyday about what I am going to wear.
    2) I want to enjoy clothes shopping.
    3) I want to feel healthy and wake up full of energy
    4) I want to increase my chances of having a healthy and happy pregnacy when the time comes.

    Sorry for my rambling but writing everything down may be a good way to get me focused!!

    you seem really determined hun i hope you get to your goal .......

    i might start a journal too cant see mine being fun tho lol good luck xx

    Hi Rachel-Rose, Welcome to the forum.
    Well, you sure have plenty of time to get to be the slim new you for your wedding day! What a sensible time to start aiming for that now.

    Much better to have plenty to say so we can follow your ups and downs as you progress. Have a good rant from time to time... helps to get things off your chest and, one other thing... don't forget you are bound to have a few blips along the way so don't let it get you too frustrated and fall off the wagon. That comes from just being human..lol!
