Default I WILL be slimmer for summer!

Right, I've decided that if I keep a diary of my weight loss journey it may help.

I'm going to try and write down here each day what I have eaten and my weight on a weekly basis. I don't go to any classes but get myself weighed on the scales at Boots, more accurate than my bathroom scales.

I've not been very good this morning so my journey will start right .. . .NOW! lol

    Off to get the volvic,

Well just had a cup of tea and 6 custard creams, not the best start. What is wrong with me?! Just can't stop eating. Although it is the time of the month so I suppose thats not helping.

    Hi

Well done for starting a journal anyway!
Mmm dont talk about custard creams, yum.lol
I find i eat more around the time of the month too, so your not alone.
Try writing a food diary, or if you look on the home page of diets theres a downloadable meal planner which may help.

Ooh yeah I'll have a look at that thanks.

The rest of the day hasn't been too great either.

Lunch - chips cheese curry and a naan bread What was I thinking? It was delicious though!

    New day tomorrow I suppose.

    Thumbs down

Quick update - just had ice cream with extra choc chips and strawberry sauce.

I'm now thinking that the time of the month wasn't the best time to start this, will draw a line under today though and start afresh tomorrow.

Maybe worth waiting until next Monday, that way the weekend is out of the way and it wont be the time of the month either! lol

Plus it will be a fresh start, as its a Monday. Just an idea. :-)

Your both right, had a rubbish day yesterday so instead of feeling disapointed I'll just wait until Monday and start properly then. One more day to go then I'll have loads of motivation?!

Well you will have more motivation with support from us!
We are all in the same boat. :-)

Try thinking before you eat something, ' do i really want it' cos for the sake of eating something bad for you like a chocolate bar will ruin your whole diet plus its all gone within a couple of minutes.
So instead of giving in to the craving eat some fruit, drink loads of water or just do something where you are away from the temptation! lol
