    Exclamation Sheila's Progress or lack of it

    I am 5ft and 168lbs
    I want to get my weight down to an acceptable BMI as I have high blood pressure and high cholestrol. (Strokes and heart problems in the family).

    1st Goal: to lose 10% of my body weight. 16lbs but to do it slowly so it stays off (152). Treat: Get a Wfit

    2nd Goal: to lose further 10%. 15lbs (137).

    3rd Goal: to lose further 10% 14lbs (123).

    4th Goal: to lose further 10% 12lbs (111).

    When I reach this weight I will see how I feel as to wether or not I need to lose any more.

    Hi Sheila, I am new here but I just want to say really really good luck and very good reasons for wanting to lose weight. There is nothing more important than health - well perhaps happiness but the two come hand in hand.
