Wink A Spring Change.

Hello there.
I love Spring. I don't know why, maybe it's because the weather had been so nice over the past few weeks (although that's not so true anymore) or it's the fact that it's the Summer soon and hopefully the Sun will be out and that I get about nine weeks off from college.
But I decided to change and lose some weight. I'm seventeen years old and since Christmas, I've lost about six pounds. I weigh about 10st 10 lbs, but I'd have to check that. And I'm about 5ft 1 or 5ft 2, so I'm quite small.

So that's why I've started this progress diary sort of thing. I'm going to start my own personal diary tonight, and write down everything I'm going to eat. Now I know tomorrow is Wednesday, and I really should start it on a Monday, but I feel if I start it on an 'odd' day, it will make it a lot easier for myself. I tend not to weight myself that often, every two weeks or so. It's more accurate. And I'm also going to read my Paul McKenna book again, I've read it once before, but I'm going to read it again, it's a really good book.

Well I shall post to tell you's all how I'm getting on.
