I have been having 1 slice of wholemeal toast for breakfast and if i have felt hungry before lunch time an apple or banana.

Also i have cut down portion sizes i've changed my plate size to a smaller one (and it works)

I swapped from white bread to wholemeal, i have had no chocolate and felt no temptation so far so fingers crossed i can keep it up

also been walking my dog every day

so far lost 3Ib so a good start (in a week since starting my diet)

    will weigh myself weekly

Glad the diet is going ok, maybe you need to up your exercise.
Just walking a bit more during the day can be a great help! :-)

Also i have a wii fit myself and they are good, especially the boxing which can really make you sweat. lol
But i do find that it puts me off sometimes as i keep mine under the stairs, so going and getting it out/setting it up can make me not be bothered. Sounds lazy i know, but i think i would rather be out in the fresh air esp in this lovely weather.

    Keep it up though!

Hi iceangel, what a fantastic start!
My babies never came easy for me and at one time was told by my doctor it would never happen! after changing to a more understanding doctor my two babies are now 17 and 15! so best of luck with both targets and i know both your wishes will come true

    love Paula xx
