    Default Hi All! I'm New x

    Hi everyone, im new to the website but not new to diets!

    I'm 21 and am going through one of them 'im not normal, normal is a skinny model' faise in my life. (i think we all do?!) wishing i had the body of Ceryl Cole or as toned as the girls from The Pussy Cat Dolls.

    I've Weighed around 9st for over a year and which i think is my ideal weight as i am only 5'3"....however in just over a month i've seen my weight shoot up by 9lb!!

    A usual weeks food for me would be:

    Breakfast: Cereal With Milk
    Lunch: Salad (Lettuce, Cucumber, Sweetcorn, Onions & Cherry Tomatos)with Colslaw & a few slices of meat.
    Dinner: Chicken With Vegitables & Gravey.

    I go to the gym 4 times a week and walk around alot every day.

    I always find that quick fix diets never work, and im always hungry.

    One thing i will advise is i bought some fibre tablets from holland and barrett a couple of months ago and they are brilliant! you take 5 tablets an hour before you eat and you will feel fuller without eating as much! also you can always take a couple through the day to stop you snacking!

    I've heard about a grapefruit diet. apparently grapefruit speeds your matabolisum.

    Anyone got any good ideas?!?

    Welcome to Diets!
    And well done for starting a journal. Your eating regime seems to be healthy, how is everything going?

    I find drinking lots of water helps make you feel full, or sticking pics of what you do or dont want to be like around your house can help motivate.
