    Default Journal -attempt 2.

After my journal was ruined by some malicious members, i am trying one more time!!!

Started 2 weeks a go. Weight on the 2nd July was 11st 13lb. The following thurs (9.7.9) was 11st 11.5lb and this thurs just gone (16.7.9) was 11st 9lb. Thats 4 lb in 2 weeks and i'm very pleased. I have been walking (very quickly) lots, been swimming once a week and had a session on my partner's trampoline, once a week. I am swimming today as my feet and legs ache after all the walking i have done this week. I have seriously cut down on the crap i eat, i eat less quantities when i do eat and regular exercise has certainly been a major factor in the good start.
My hopes of losing 10lb by mid September are looking good so far.

    Hi Chris,
well done! that's an excellent start You must be very pleased.
I am just about at my first week (tomorrow) so I'll be weighing in then, fingers crossed I'll have some good news to report back with. I've also seriously cut down on junk and have been exercising more and watching what i eat. It's not always easy, but it is possible.
Keep us up to date on how you keep going

Hi Ellie, thanx for the feedback. There was no need to report the spam as I already had done and it was all removed. It was pretty frustrating though but hopefully it's all yesterdays news.

Well done on your start and good luck.

    Chris.
