    Hi there

Sounds like you've set your set a realistic target all you need to do is take each day as it comes and plan out how you're going to get there. Do you have a schedule in mind? You should also start to log your food/calorie intake to help you understand more about your eating patterns.

It's tough losing weight but you van do it and keep it off for good.

    All the best to you.

I know this feeling! I am very new to forums but not new to the misery of yoyo dieting, it is even worse when i know i have the weight to lose but dont have an incentive like a holiday or wedding. Any tips for this scenario?
