    Smile here i go hope it works

    Well its a new year and hopefully i will find the healthier me and of course the slimmer me. started off well today with cereal and skimmed milk then sushi for lunch but mum got taken into hospital so what did ido for dinner... chicken burger would have been ok if the chicken hadn't been fried first but i am sitting her now and have drank a litre of water and not feeling hungry but will be crashing out soon but will have some mixed peppers lettuce and celery before i go to sleep the celery i have been told has properties in which aid a good sleep so lets see
    i am 48y and 13stone so have about 4 stone to lose but i will be happy if i lose even a pound a wk at least then it will have a better chance at staying off... so good luck everyone let me know how you are doing and i will help if i can

    hi well the good news is i have lost 2lb in the last wk so as long as it keeps going like that i will be happy, i have a holiday to look forward to in April my mum daughter and myself are off to tunisia for two wks so my first goal is to try and lose a stone by then so i am not setting too big a target i think one stone at a time is enough to aim for and if i go past it then it will be fantastic
