    Default Two Thousand & Twelve

    I have made a really firm decision that this year will be the year..... the year I feel good about myself, the year i build my confidence, the year I can look in the mirror without being self critical, the year I can smile inside...... most important the year i dont question my self worth.

    I started my weightloss journey last January, and as much as I kept an awareness of making healthier choices in my head the motivation/will power/routine wavered back and forth and I ended 2011 2 stone lighter. I'm still proud that I lost, and it certainly moved in the right direction but had i been more diligent I could have achieved so much more..... hence the dedication and change in attitude this time around.

    So since first of January I have lost 8lbs....... i'm really pleased with that result from initial 2 weeks but am aware these things always start of with relatively significant weightloss at the begining. My overall target is to lose another 70lbs. I need to break things down though and have more achievable short term goals. So my first goal is to lose 30lbs by my Birthday at the end of April........ and I guess the only than that can stop me is myself or lame excuses!!
