Default 3 Main Things That Helped Me Lose Weight

    Hi
The first thing that helped me was interval training. It only takes about 15 minutes a day and I have found it really good for burning the fat! I warm up, then walk on the spot (on an exercise mat) for one minute. Then I sprint for 30 seconds (as hard and fast as possible). I do this 3 times, then stretches and cool down.

The second thing was a cleansing program called ninedayslim.com which really kick started the weight loss. It wasn't easy at all for the first couple of days, but it was well worth it as you do get visible inch loss in the 9 days the program takes. I liked it because it's all natural. A friend recommended it and I saw what it did for him so gave it a go.

The third thing that helped was (after the program above finished) simply having smaller potions and snacking healthily between meals on stuff like apples and nuts. That way I'm not starving hungry by each meal time, so a smaller portion is then ok. I also cut out sugar.

Hope that may help you too!
