    Last month I joined GYM
    and really I lose 3 kg weight in a month...

    Well I am losing steadily 1 kg per week with correct diet and balanced exercise.
    What kind of exercise did you do?

    Hi, congrats, that is a good stat. I had lot some pounds walking at least 30 minutes a day. Hope to loose more weights in the future.

    I am doing lots of exercise and i am losing 1.8 kg weight per week.
