Decided last year (2010) that enough is enough! I had reached 16st 2lb the heaviest I have ever been and having a bad back I was in so much pain, not even being able to walk from my bedroom to the loo which is barely 10 steps, without feeling like I was going to go completely bananas. I had trouble in sleeping due to sleep apnea and also rashes that came on my arms which would keep me awake as well.
So I started with the VERY old WW system and changed a bit later to Calorie Counting. 1200 per day which I then altered a bit later to 1000. I lost 30lb up to Xmas 2010 and since then things have plateaud but am back on track and will lose at least another 30lb this year!! ...
