weight watchers discover plan
is this just a big marketing ploy for weight watchers or does it actually work ?
The discover plan has been classed as a brand new way to lose weight, compared to the traditional weight watchers programmes. What are your thoughts on the new weight watchers discover plan ?

I don't find Weight Watchers works for me as I was choosing unhealthy foods and found working out the points time consuming and hard work. I think Slimming World is an easier plan to follow but I have not signed up to any diet yet!

I've tried weightwatchers but i find it too much hard work, constantly looking at that little book working things out too.
Not tried slimming world myself, but i know people who have used both these types of diets and have had good results. Though the money you have to pay is a rip off tbh. Gem
