I have been doing weightwatchers on and off for ten years - it is the only one I can do but am finding the new plan hard to follow - too many years following the old plan I think - need to pull my finger out and read it all and do it. On positive note though have got back to the gym just hope I keep it up !!

I follow the Weight Watchers point system. Very easy to follow and if you add exercise to your diet you can add more points to your daily diet. 30 minutes on foot is equal to 2 points, which means for me a beautiful wine glass.
