    I think running is a good way to exercise and lose weight, need to adhere to 40 minutes a day, it makes your body burn off excess fat quickly, so you cut down a healthy weight, good health is the best of. You say?

    I follow the Weight Watchers point system. It is easy to follow, if you add to your diet and exercise, you can add more points to your daily diet. Walk 30 minutes to 2 hours is equal to me, this means that a beautiful wine glass.

    Weight Watchers.. I have completely lost faith in. Todays diet is getting more and more like atkins.. where you are rewarded for cutting down/back on carbs and eating more protein.. it sucks.. because if you are vegetarian.. then your main protein is cheese.. or maybe egg (if you like it) .. and cheese may be protein but it's high in points.. I can't win. I preffered the old points system and it worked for me.. but on the new plan.. even sticking to it 100% I lost a paltry 5 lbs in 8 weeks. I lost faith in it. I don't wanna do faddy diets and I am not a fan of slimming world.. so for now I am calorie counting. Hope it works.

    Dieting isn't so straight forward with so many offering conflicting and in some cases dangerous advice (the juice diet for example). I really do believe in eating healthfully, portion control and exercise. That way you just can't go wrong.

    Hope all goes well with calorie counting. I've done that before but wasn't very good at it lol
