Hi everyone, I'm new to this site and about to start weight watchers. I brought the new pro points folder online but can't afford to go to the meetings every week so am just going to do it myself.

Just wondered if anyone had any good meal ideas? I'm extremely fussy! I'm a veggie, don't like quorn! Really really fussy with my food and struggle to find anything low fat I like. Also, would like some ideas for lunches as our staff canteen isn't exactly healthy!
