    Now-a-days many people suffered by heavy weight. Every one need slim body. There are many ways to reduce heavy weight like do regular exercise and yoga, avoid heavy food, eat fresh and nutritious food, drink more water and many more.

    there is no short cut to loos weight you have to work hard and in smart way
    1.wake up early and go for jogging for half an hour
    2. do exercise for another 1 hours,exercise can be of cardio which burns fats.
    3. eating habits should be control take low calorie diet and low fats diet.
    4. yoga or tai chi is also great tool to reduce weight.
    5. drink lot of water at least 7 to 8 glasses per day
    6. take lemon water in the morning this burns fat.

    Many option available for the weight loss. You can choose any one. Morning walk, Running, Jumping some vegetables eating and some fruit eating. This types of tips are useful to the weight loss.

    Running is the best exercises because it helps you burn the calories. I am also doing this exercises in morning. It is really so much beneficial for our full health. Running also improves your mental health.

    I think cardio exercise is best way to get good results in natural way and be fit,
    i also doing cardio exercise in morning....

    The best way to lose weight is eat less and consume more. Therefore, any movement to get your heart rate and sweat will help you burn fat. Then you only need to make sure you keep your intake to take care of your calories .

    Weight loss is the most important to strengthen my confidence, to persevere to exercise, do not use drugs to forcibly reduce their weight! In order to keep the weight at the same time, have a good body!
