    Walking, Sprinting and adding hills or an incline can burn 180 calories in 30 minutes,

    The best way to loose weight is the walking and healthy diet. Beside that it need to take a proper training from the gym instructor and regular gym exercise.

    Best way to lose weight is to eat less and burn more. So any exercise which gets your heart rate up and a good sweat on will help you to burn fat. Then you just need to take care of your calories making sure you keep your intake down.

    Always eat breakfast. This will kick-start your metabolism for the day and also help you loose weight quick.It may sound strange to you that I said you must have calories in order to loose weight but the truth is, in order for your metabolism to perform properly it needs calories.

    Totally agree with Keith on eating breakfast.

    Often this is the meal which people seem to find the easiest to skip. Too busy rushing around trying to get to work or the kids off to school, but missing breakfast isn't the best way to start your day.

    If you want to loss your weight then you dont take any type medicine because by the medicine its infected and also for dangerous. I think you follow this trips then you get defiantly benefit like.
    1.Do exercise everyday.
    2.Do meditation also yoga.
    3.Do morning walking and walking
    4.Take some fruit and also dont take oily food.
